Cancellation Policy

Since the products that we are selling are made fresh based on the orders we receive, customers cannot CANCEL the order. Since we make all our products afresh based on the orders that we receive from our Customers, we immediately start the process of manufacturing and printing on the product and hence it becomes difficult to make a stop after the order is placed by the customer. However return/exchange is possible for all orders/products.

Exchange Policy

Customers can request exchange for their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. Please ensure that the product(s), the tags on the product and basic packaging are intact for it to be accepted by the courier company.
Please ship the product at 17,18,19 gokul vihar, meenawala, opp. Kanakpura phatak jhotwara jaipur, 302034. Please note that delivery for exchanged product will take around 7-10 days.
To maintain hygiene, we may refuse exchange where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. For exchange, send us pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images at ………… Once confirmed by our team, you may initiate the exchange request.
If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service. Also, kindly mail us the damaged images on …………

To exchange your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
Go to ‘Orders’
Click on the return button next to the product you want to exchange.
Select the replacement size you want to receive from the drop-down. Stock will be subject to availability.
Click on the acknowledgment box and submit your request.
Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected, and the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.
